Winning Ugly
The girls improved their record to 17-12 with a come from behind win over a stubborn Marengo team. We struggled in the first set building leads and then letting Marengo back in before eventually winning 25-22. We fell behind early and were unable to get into system in the second set. We were down 20-24, before siding out to make it 21-24. Junior Amber Dalgaard went back to serve facing the fact that if she missed the set was over. She served back to back aces to make 23-24, we earned another point to tie the game. Marengo sided out to go ahead 25-24, we sided out to tie the game 25 all. Savana Bailey served the final two points for a 27-25 win.
