Girl's Make some WAVES!

Congratulations girls swim team!!! The girls took second at the Blue Devils invite in both JV and Varsity. We had some very outstanding swims. Maddy Shepley took first and broke the JV meet record in the 100 breast with a time of 1:19.17!!! Congratulations Maddy! We placed in the top 4 in almost all of the events with a first place finish in Varsity 100 breast also(Maggie Gomberg). The Varsity Medley Relay also took first place with a team consisting of Alex Hartsel, Maggie Gomberg, Claire Walker, and Jen Hartsel. Right now the girls are swimming with a conference record of 2-1. We beat Jacobs and Dundee -Crown last week. We are looking forward to our swim against Cary Grove next Friday.
