SANDWICH/REED-CUSTER

Lions win 2 Conference Road Matches

After waiting 2 weeks to step back onto the court and take on some competition the Lions traveled to Sandwich and came away with 2 victories. In the first game of the day Lisle lost to Sandwich 20-25 as the Indians were able to pull away from a close score of 15-14. The second game proved much different as the Lions never let Sandwich come close and the Lions won 25-16. Erin Kasik was able to serve 10 of Lisle's points. The final score of third game was 15-9 as Kristin Holub went back to serve with the Lions down 7-9 she was able to serve the needed 8 points to give the Lions the win.
The Lions went on to beat Reed Custer in 3 games with the following scores: 25-16; 23-25; and 15-8.
Lisle will finish their season Saturday at Reed Custer in Braidwood as they compete in the conference tournament.
