Boys' Varsity Soccer Undefeated Conference Champions!
Congratulations to the boys' varsity soccer team for winning the SWSC trophy. The Chargers went undefeated posting a perfect 6-0 record in conference play. This is the 3rd conference title in program history with all three coming since 2004. The title was clinched Thursday evening vs. the Thunderbolts of Andrew H.S. Zack Judickas continued his goal-scoring tear tallying the first and third goal of the match. Wojiech Gronski scored the 2nd goal with a beautiful glancing header off a Tom Lojek assist. Neil Connolly, Dale Judickas, Matt Dargis, Matt Iammarino and Connor Alsip battled the T-Bolts and the terrible field conditions to keep the T-Bolt attack at bay. With the win, the Chargers finished the regular season 17-3, the most wins in program history. The Chargers will begin IHSA playoffs Tuesday night @ 4:30 at Andrew. They will play the winner of Bogan vs. Shepard game.. Come out and support the Chargers!
